With 25 years experience building dollhouses, I specialize in finishing new dollhouses from kits, and renovating old dollhouses.  There may be special needs or circumstances, but the following is a basic list of services and pricing: House completely finished (interior and exterior) $70 per room with electrical $55 per room without electrical - cost of labor only (supplies, if not provided, are extra) - number of rooms for a kit is based on company's specs. - extra charge if pickup/delivery service is required outside of Denton County Installation of electrical systems (tape only) $25 per room - cost of labor only (supplies, if not provided, are extra) Remodeling/Renovation of old dollhouses call for quote Designs Color schemes Wallpaper coordination Painting Upgrades to new windows or doors Finished or unfinished		* 25 Years experience   building dollhouses, and   six years renovating. * located in Denton, TX
